NOTE: All vendor services will be chosen and contracted between client and vendor and MUST be approved by Southern Lace Estates prior to booking those services. We will request and gather the appropriate licensure and insurance from each vendor before giving the approval. Any vendor that is not previously approved by us will not be allowed to work the event.
Bartending companies must be chosen from our list of approved bartenders. Bar can be provided by your caterer, but we must approve of them before you book their services.
All food and drink must be brought in by approved catering and bartending. No outside food or drink will be allowed, including appetizers and desserts.
